Welcome to the Great Swiss Mountain Dog Club. This club, which is the only KC approved GSMD Club for the UK, has been formed by a group of enthusiastic and dedicated owners and breeders of the Great Swiss Mountain Dog.
Our aim is to:-
Promote the Great Swiss Mountain Dog
Offer help, advice and support to owners and breeders.
Educate members on health and welfare issues
Encourage good sportsmanship
Share experiences for a greater understanding of the Swissy
Follow the KC code of Ethics for owning and breeding dogs
Organise shows/events throughout the year
Inspire owners to achieve the most from their dogs

Swissy Walk - Sunday 18th March at Knoll Beach, Studland Bay, Dorset. BH19 3AH meeting in the National Trust Car Park at 2pm. Please contact Steve Loe if you intend to come. Everyone welcome.
31st March 2018 - AGM & Breed Club Show at Overseal Village Hall, Derbyshire, DE12 6LU. Doors open at 10am for 11am start. Only paid up members of the GSMD Club are allowed to vote but everyone is welcome to attend. The Breed Club Show will be judged by Helen Burke (Firedragon) doors open at 12 and judging will commence at 1pm. Refreshments will be available.
