The Great Swiss Mountain Dog Club was formed in November 2008.  The club was officially recognised by the KC in May 2013 as the UK's breed club for GSMD's.

 

The GSMD club belongs to its members and its main role is to support and protect the GSMD in the UK.  The club is run by the elected committee who encourage all owners and anyone interested in the breed to join and take part in club activities. 

 

Club members receive bi-annual newsletters, reduced entry fees for the Breed Club Show and access to the members only area of this site where you will find interesting topics relating to the GSMD such as health, training issues, previous years show results/newsletters and list of Stud Dogs available.   

 

Your support is vital to assist the breed as it continues to grow in popularity and to help it thrive here in the UK.
